Contest Rules states Challenge Post and Orbeus would own all rights to the submission.

I'm curious how that affected your decision to enter, or if you modified your entry or concept - i.e. dumbed it down; because of the IP ownership concerns.

    Hi:
I am naiyi from Orbeus. Since I'm an Engineer, not a lawyer, I cannot post a professional explanation here. But from our perspective, we hold this challenge mainly to get to know more developers like you, and started to build a community based on our technology. If you face IP ownership problems related to this challenge (people copy your code, design, etc.), please let us know, we will try our best to help you solve the problem.
On the other hand, you can choose not to submit the binary if you are concerned about the IP ownership. From a personal perspective, I think the the rules are there because we need to display the video, description and websites in the gallery (so everyone can see these submissions). I'll consult challengepost and make an update on this post.
If you have further questions, please let me know. You can reach me at nyli@orbe.us.
    Thanks!
